Turnaround depends on the scope of the project. Smaller designs (like logos for apparel) can take 2–4 business days, while full branding projects may take 1–2 weeks. We’ll give you a clear timeline before starting.
We include a set number of revisions in each package to fine-tune your design. Additional changes beyond that may come at an extra cost — but we’ll always discuss it with you first.
Yes — once full payment is received, you’ll receive the final files and full usage rights to the design. We do, however, reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio or marketing material unless otherwise agreed. Any unused concepts or drafts remain our intellectual property.
You’ll receive print-ready and digital-friendly files (usually PNG, JPG, PDF, and vector formats like AI or SVG where applicable). If you need a specific file type, just let us know.
Absolutely. We can build on your current brand or give it a refresh. Just provide your existing files in a high-quality format so we can work cleanly.
Yes, we can fast-track certain projects depending on our schedule. Rush fees may apply. If you have a tight deadline, mention it upfront so we can let you know what’s possible.
If major changes are made after the design process begins, there may be additional costs. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, but we’ll always be transparent about what’s involved before proceeding.
