We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and allow time for proper planning. Short-notice bookings can sometimes be accommodated depending on availability.
Yes — for shoots outside of the KZN Midlands, a travel fee may apply to cover transport costs. This will be clearly stated in your quote upfront.
Turnaround time depends on the project type. Smaller shoots are typically delivered within 7–14 business days, while larger events or video projects may take longer.
This depends on your chosen package. We’ll specify the estimated number of edited photos or video duration in your quote so you know exactly what to expect.
We don’t usually deliver raw files, as they don’t reflect our finished work. However, if you need them for specific reasons, this can be arranged at an additional fee.
We’ll work with you to reschedule the shoot at no extra cost (subject to availability). For events that can’t be moved, we’ll adapt the shoot to get the best results possible.
Yes — drone coverage can be added to most packages. Weather, location regulations, and flight restrictions may apply.
